Arlyne Grace Vargas

Arlyne is our BCBA at the Tinley Park Clinic. She has been dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2019. Her passion for working with children with autism began in high school, where she volunteered in a resource room with students with special needs. Since then, she has worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, as Senior Therapist, and a Junior Program Manager before becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Arlyne is passionate about culturally competent care and functional communication training. In her spare time, Arlyne enjoys reading, collecting small versions of objects, watching (and singing to) musicals, and traveling.
